Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy • Rescheduling Appointments: Please send a message if you need to reschedule an appointment booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. • Estimated Pricing: All quoted prices are provided as estimates only. The final amount charged will be determined at the time of service, based on the actual duration, complexity, and resources required for the procedure. • Additional Time: Anaesthetic procedures are booked according to the expected duration. Where the procedure extends beyond the allotted time, additional time will be charged at $250 per hour (or part thereof). This ensures appropriate coverage for extended monitoring, equipment use, and professional attendance. • Appointment Timing: The time booked reflects the approximate time of arrival at the practice. While every effort is made to adhere to the scheduled time, minor variations may occur depending on clinical workflow, patient condition, and procedural requirements. • Payment Terms: An invoice will be issued at the time of service. Payment is due within 14 days from the date of invoice. • Late Payment Policy: Accounts not settled within the 14-day period may incur an administrative fee and/or interest charges. Continued late payment may result in suspension of booking privileges until the account is brought up to date. • Responsibility for Payment: It is the responsibility of the booking clinician or practice to ensure that the services are billed correctly and payment is remitted in accordance with the above terms. • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly where travel or case preparation has already been undertaken.
